No Vizio Support, No Tech Support

In description it claims Vizio Smart TV is supported. Not the case.

I tried using the online chat to get help. It says to check back within 6 hours. Nothing after 24 hours. Tried again. Still nothing.

Use something like Roomie, which works well and has good support.
